Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Effective: [Effective date to be confirmed]

This policy explains what information TranzDigital (“we”, “us”) collects through www.tranzdigital.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Agreements with clients for SAP Business One services, hosting and development are governed by their own contracts.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, company, phone number if you provide it, the area you are interested in and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation follows, to continue it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

If analytics are enabled on this site, they run only after you accept them through the consent notice. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics collect information about how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address and device type. We use this to understand which content is useful. You can decline analytics and the site works exactly the same.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and requests for demonstrations or quotes
  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To understand which pages and topics visitors find useful, where analytics are accepted
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Our website hosting provider, which serves the site and stores server logs
  • Our email delivery provider, which transmits contact form submissions to our team
  • Analytics providers, only if you have accepted analytics

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public. If TranzDigital is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings.

Cookies

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider sets cookies to distinguish visitors. Your consent choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email info@TranzDigital.com or write to the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and transmitted to our team by email through an authenticated provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do.
