Do you work with companies in Illinois?

Yes, remotely. Our only office is in Tracy, California. Configuration, development, integration, testing and support are delivered remotely, and on-site time is planned around discovery and go-live with travel quoted in the proposal.

Which Illinois markets do you cover?

We publish detail for Chicago. Companies elsewhere in the state work the same way; the market pages simply describe where the distribution activity concentrates.

Is a remote ERP implementation actually workable?

For most of a project it is better. The work happens on your systems with your data, where you can see it. The exception is discovery, which benefits from everyone being in one room, so we plan for that specifically.
